Two-sport athlete. Flag Football & Soccer.
Ali Plunkett is a two-sport athlete at Wakefield High School in Raleigh, North Carolina, competing in both flag football and soccer. As the only freshman on Wakefield's 2025–2026 flag football roster, she helped lead the team to a 27-0 undefeated season and a North Carolina state championship, with the team ranked in the national Top 15.
Ali competed for the NCFC NPL U15 team during the 2025–2026 season before transitioning to the Triangle United Soccer Association DPL U16 team. On the field, she's a fierce competitor, known for her physicality and fearless attitude.
Only freshman on Wakefield High School's undefeated (27-0) state championship roster, ranked Top 15 nationally.
Competed on varsity-track JV squad as a freshman while also playing club soccer year-round.
Named Wakefield High School's Freshman Female Athlete of the Year following her outstanding multi-sport performance in flag football and soccer.
